Villa Raatteenranta is located just next to Wanha Raatesalmi farm. It is a three story house and has 250m2. it has been built at 1950’s and has been fully renovated at 2015. From windows there are beautiful views to the lake. You can still sence the old times in the decoration. Many of the pieces are herited from our grand parents who also lived in 1950’s house.
In Villassa Raatteenranta there are beds for 12 people and with extra beds it can accommodate up to 18 people. It is very suitable for families with children, There are 2 fully equipped kithcens, 4 toilets and 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room and livingroom.
During summer time guests can also use two saunas for extra price. Saunas are located on the farm just by the lake Kuusamo. In the bigger sauna fits 10-12 people and in the smaler 4-6 people. At the Saunas terrace there is a barbegue.
Use of the rowing boat is also incluuded to the price. If you like you can also book a bigger boat with captein for extra price to take you for example fishng.
